Badger our dog of 15 years passed away during the night. He led a very full life of 20+ years.
He survived jumping out of a moving vehicle,
been hit twice by a car,
chased a prowler off our property during the night,
enjoyed the company of many cats,
was happy to share his food with wild birds,
nipped almost every child that came to visit (but never our own children),
rolled and ate some pretty disgusting stuff,
enjoyed barking at the school girls every morning and afternoon so they would all squeal and has been likened to a
bear, fruit bat and a possum.
Sounds like a pretty good life to me.
