One of my favourite things to do at the beach is to explore the rock pools.
We found all sorts of creatures...
a variety of star fish in different shapes, sizes and colours,
Unusual creatures....
A huge sea slug (only Sadie was brave enough to hold it)
a tiny sea urchin
Sucker fish
Crabs galore
and some creatures that weren't so alive and kicking like this thresher shark we found dead on the beach. It was still fascinating.
